Protecting Israel At All Costs

As barrages of rockets began firing towards Jerusalem on May 10, 2021, FIDF was on the front lines, the first organization that mobilized to supply emergency funding to the soldiers of the IDF in their most pressing time of crisis, raising a total of $5.5 million. More than 45,000 soldiers received support in just 14 days thanks to you, our donors. When Israel needed you most, you responded.

During the 11-day operation – the biggest since Operation Protective Edge in 2014 – FIDF provided 45 ‘Climate shelters’ to Iron Dome units, providing them with respite from the heat and the sun while in the field.

An ambulance of the southern brigade in the Gaza Division was hit by shrapnel during the operation and went out of gear. FIDF provided the unit with a new ambulance in just days. Several others were donated to other units, too.

Hygiene kits and food packages were distributed to soldiers during the Operation. Following the violence Rebuilding and Recuperation Weeks were organized for soldiers to process what they had been through with the necessary professional support.

We are so grateful to our brave soldiers for their tireless efforts in protecting Israel and Jews across the globe.
