2023 FIDF RIDE ISRAEL

Bikes & Rentals Bikes

Participants are encouraged to bring their own bike to Israel, for a more familiar and comfortable ride.

BRINGING YOUR OWN BIKE

Our ground crew is superb! We will carefully handle your bike from start to finish. Upon departure from Tel Aviv, your bike will be transported to the hotel and then assembled by our mechanics. Please feel comfortable to watch and /or assist or if you prefer to assemble the bike yourself. The transport box will be stored until the final day of the tour in which your bike will be carefully re-packed for transport. Every evening, bikes will be stored in a secure location at the hotel.

Riders receive full technical support during the ride, but riders who bring their own bike will be responsible to pay for the cost of any unique replacement parts that are required.  Please bring extra tubes. DO NOT BRING ANY CO2 CARTRIDGES!  They will not go through customs.

If you are planning to bring your own bike, and will be arriving early or leaving late, for an additional fee you may have your bike picked up from the airport and stored until our journey begins.

WANT TO RENT A BIKE?

Yep – we can do that. We have a fleet of rental and e-bikes available for you.

RENTAL BIKE FEES:

Your rental will be available for the entire tour.

Hybrid – $200.00
Aluminum Road Bike – $240.00
Carbon Road Bike – $450.00
eBike – contact vendor

Please bring your own pedals, shoes, and GPS unit.

You will need to supply your height, the style of bike you are riding and its size and make/model (so that we can as closely as possible duplicate your fit).

HOW TO MEASURE FOR YOUR RENTAL BIKE

The best way for our rental team to know what to have ready for you is a couple of simple measurements as well as the make, model, and size of your bike. An inseam measurement with shoes ON will help you to get the right size bike. The make/model is usually shown somewhere on the bike itself. The size can be determined by the measurement we show in the diagram below.
