FEE INCLUDES:

7 nights of accommodations and daily kosher meals; nutrition during rest stops; support vehicles during ride with mechanic; additional escort vehicle for rest; bus transfers; tour guide; maps and handouts; all entry fees and nightly programs; gratuity for crew; FIDF cycling jersey. All costs listed are in USD. Payments are not tax deductible. 

 

FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Air travel and transportation to and from the airport, airfare transportation between point of origin and airport of departure; airport taxes; customs and immigration fees; passports & visa fees; health insurance; travel and baggage insurance (highly recommended), and other personal fees unrelated to the tour (i.e. alcoholic beverages during meals, laundry, mini bar, valet services, cables, phone calls, postages, etc.) incidental costs incurred during hotel stays, including internet and alcoholic beverages; bike rental and/or bike transport and packaging.

 

CANCELLATION INFORMATION:

SHOULD THE 2023 RIDE BE POSTPONED OR CANCELLED DUE TO COVID, RIDERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A 100% REFUND OF THE REGISTRATION FEE OR FULL ROLLOVER TOWARDS 2024 MISSION FEES.

 

INSURANCE:

Participants must carry health insurance to join the Ride and are responsible for all personal medical costs incurred during the Ride. Your personal insurance may not cover all expenses incurred overseas. Medicare does not cover outside the US. We strongly recommend every participant carry supplemental traveler’s insurance.
